It all started about 20 years ago, my daughter and I were hard at work (sometimes working double shifts) in our own small catering business...cooking, serving and cleaning up after catered events. Our favorite foods were the ones we could create from scratch, using our imagination and the finest, freshest ingredients. It was always a challenge to create unique speciality Hors d' Oeuvres and elegant Canapes. We never imagined that our delicious concoctions would become so popular that within a few years, we would move from the tiny kitchen of our catering facility to the 75,000 square food U.S.D.A. plant that we now call home. We meticulously create, in our spotless kitchens, the same "mouthwatering" flavors and "delectable" textures that prominent chefs spend hours skillfully laboring over, making our "hand made" creations extremely time and labor saving.
